I'm curious if it's possible for someone to track down my Reddit account simply by knowing the email address linked to it, especially since I logged in using Google. Is there a way for them to find my profile, either through internal means or with external tools?

I heard some recruiters use tools to find candidates' social media profiles, including Reddit, through their email addresses. Not sure how common it is, but it's something to think about!
Yeah, technically it's possible. If the person knows what they're doing, they could find it. Just having your email might not be enough, though, unless they access databases of hacked accounts. But if they can get into your email, that's a whole different story since a password reset will reveal your Reddit username.
I don't think they can find you just from the email alone. As far as I know, unless there's a data leak somewhere, the only way would be via access to your email. If they can see your reset link or other personal info from there, then they could figure it out.
