Hey everyone, I'm in the process of renewing our mobile contracts and would love your recommendations. Our current provider is O2 through a reseller, which causes a bit of hassle since they send a credit monthly that I have to reconcile and allocate to different cost centers. Plus, O2's portal is a nightmare to use. We have 16 mobile users and 13 data SIMs for laptops and mobile routers, with a typical tech budget of around 10k. Each SIM has a data allowance of 70GB (we used to have it pooled) and we need unlimited calls and texts. We're also looking to replace our line-of-sight internet backup with unlimited 5G. We've just upgraded to iPhone 16s, so we don't really need a tech fund for a while. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

When we were a smaller operation, we used Grapevine Telecom near Bath. They were fantastic, but we had to switch after being acquired by a larger company. If you’re still in that size range, I’d highly recommend them.
Check out Challenger for your business mobile needs—they're great! Really good service and pricing too.
Thanks for the suggestion! I’ll definitely consider them.
I used to run a limited company in the UK, and I found EE to be pretty solid with customer support and billing. Though I'm not sure if their service covers your area since you mentioned poor connectivity from them and Three.
Thanks for the insight! Unfortunately, EE and Three aren't great here, so we'll have to stick with O2 or Vodafone.
We've used Vodafone directly in the past and had access to their VSDM portal for managing everything. It made things much easier. Then we switched to OneCom, which connects through Vodafone but does all the billing and purchases. It’s saved us some cash, though I miss the VSDM portal for device management.
Sounds good! I used OneCom before, and they’re still handling our SIP trunks, so revisiting them could be a great option.

Awesome, I’ll look them up. Thanks for the recommendation!
