What steps can I take if my client isn’t paying their Azure CSP bills?

Hey everyone, I'm an Azure CSP provider and I've got some clients who are having trouble making their payments. I'm curious about what options I have for restricting or disabling their services if they continue not to pay. I plan to discuss this with my legal team soon, but I'm looking for some insight into what measures I can take in the meantime. Thanks!

If you really need to prompt them for payment, you could try turning off tenant access. Disabling services like email and OneDrive usually gets people to pay up sooner.

Before making any moves, you should definitely check with your legal team first. Laws can vary by region, and you want to ensure you’re not stepping into any legal trouble. They might have guidelines on how to handle this situation appropriately.

You could also look at suspending their services completely. Just so you know, Microsoft has policies about accounts - after 90 days, you may have the right to remove them if they still haven’t paid.

That's interesting! Where did you find that info about the 90-day rule?
