My Gigabyte motherboard has built-in Wi-Fi, but I can’t find the option to connect!

I've got a Gigabyte Eagle X870 Wi-Fi motherboard and I'm trying to connect to Wi-Fi, but it's not showing the option at all. Instead, I only see Bluetooth. The motherboard came with an I/O port adapter that connects at the back, but that hasn't helped either. In Device Manager under Network Adapters, the only thing that appears is the "Realtek PCIe 2.5GbE Family Controller." I downloaded the Realtek LAN driver from Gigabyte's website, but I'm not sure if I've missed something critical. What am I doing wrong?

Just double-checking—are you sure you're not in airplane mode? That sometimes prevents Wi-Fi from showing up.

Have you installed the Wi-Fi drivers yet? You might need to get those in order to enable the wireless functionality.

What about the LAN driver? Is that the same thing? I couldn't find anything clearly labeled as 'Wi-Fi' on their site.

Make sure to download and install the drivers from Gigabyte. Here’s the link where you can get the Wi-Fi drivers: https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/X870-EAGLE-WIFI7/support#dl
