I'm having trouble removing the NVME heat shield on my motherboard. I've tried different screwdrivers but none seem to work. Right now, I've plugged my SSD into the bottom M.2 slot, but I think the top slot might support faster SSDs (maybe the bottom isn't Gen 5?). I'm also looking for better cooling for my drive. By the way, my motherboard is a Gigabyte B850M DS3H.

Are you sure you're using the right type of screwdriver? Sometimes you might accidentally strip the screws, making it even harder to remove them. Just be careful with that!
What do you mean by stripping it? This is my first time dealing with this.
