My CPU is running really hot—what should I do?

Hey everyone, I've had a pre-built PC for a few years now, and recently I've noticed it's been slowing down. After checking the diagnostics, I found out that my CPU temperature is super high—like around 207°F when idle! I gave it a good clean to remove dust and applied some new thermal paste, which helped a bit, but the temp is still pretty high, sitting between 180°F and 190°F. Am I missing something, or do you have any suggestions for what else I can do?
