Looking for a Lightweight Linux Distro that Supports Work Apps

I'm currently using a 10th gen i3 laptop with 4GB of RAM, and I'm really tired of Windows 11 because it feels too resource-heavy and AI-centric. I want to switch to a lightweight Linux distribution that allows me to do some light gaming, specifically Roblox and Minecraft. After taking a distro chooser quiz, it suggested Linux Mint, Kubuntu, and Zorin OS. Can anyone help me decide which of these would work best for my setup? Also, I rely on Microsoft Teams and Zoom for work, and I vaguely remember that they aren't natively supported on Linux—any advice on that?

I don't have any experience with Zorin, but I've heard great things about Linux Mint for beginners, plus it's lightweight. Zorin Lite also has low system requirements, so that might work too! Just a heads-up, Teams dropped native Linux support in 2022, but you can still use it through the web version in Edge. For Slack, they offer a native client for Linux, and it’s pretty easy to install on Ubuntu-based systems like Mint. Just keep in mind to check with your IT if this laptop is company-owned before you install Linux. Oh, and from what I know, Roblox doesn’t work on Linux at all! Personally, I run Ubuntu with KDE myself, and I really like it.
