Hey everyone! I need some serious help here. My boyfriend downloaded some subtitles that turned out to be malware, and ever since, I've been dealing with a nightmare. I got my devices—my phone, Mac, and laptop—professionally scanned and cleaned. I even did a factory reset and reinstalled Windows on my laptop. But the problem persists; they somehow still have access to my Google account! I've changed my password, enabled Google Authenticator, and logged out from all other devices. I also checked for any unusual forwards or filters in my Gmail, and everything seems fine there. I even rebooted my router just to be safe. Yet, they can still access my emails, reset passwords on other services, and even change my Google account settings. They have a knack for removing my Authenticator app too! Once, I noticed that an action to remove my account was traced back to a session on my Mac, but the repair shop assured me it was clean. I'm at my wit's end—any advice on how to tackle this would be greatly appreciated!

It really sounds like they might have escalated their access to your Google account. It's super important to go into your account settings and remove any user that isn't you. Any unauthorized access there can lead to a nightmare, especially if other accounts are linked to that Google account.
It sounds like you're dealing with some serious spyware or maybe a Trojan. They might have found a way to keep access, even after cleaning the devices. Have you tried checking your Google account for any delegated access? If there's a user that's not you, that could be the culprit. Make sure to remove any unknown devices or users!
But I had all my devices scanned and the OS reinstalled! How could they still get in?
