I ordered a $40 plushie from a company I trust, Glitch Productions, but now I'm having trouble with the shipping. The shipping company only has a Chinese website, and the little English I can find is really confusing. I can't contact the site because they said there's a problem. I'm feeling lost and thought Reddit could help, but I'm not sure what subreddit to post in. To me, $40 is a big deal, and I'm worried I might not get my money back. Any advice?

Honestly, if you’re worried about spending $40 on a stuffed animal, maybe it's not that big of a deal for you? But I get it, impulse purchases can be tough, especially when you're young and saving money.
Try using Google Translate or an AI translation tool to help you make sense of the Chinese on the shipping site. It might take some patience, but you could find useful instructions that way!
I tried that, but it still doesn’t make sense! One part just said "recipient: Door shelves." I'm just going to wait and see what happens.
It really is for me! I'm 15 and can't get a job because I have surgery coming up soon, so $40 is a lot when I don't have to spend on food. I wish the company would just keep me updated!
