I've noticed that my PC is running hot lately, which is causing some stuttering while gaming. I'm wondering how I should set up my case fans in relation to my GPU and CPU cooling. Should I configure the fans for my GPU separately and leave my radiator fans for the CPU, or is it better to set them all to the same temperature control? Any tips on fan control settings would be greatly appreciated!

Another thing to think about is undervolting your GPU if it’s running too hot. It can lower the temperature without affecting performance too much! Just make sure to keep an eye on stability while you’re testing different settings.
Setting the radiator fans to ramp up when the CPU gets hot is key. For your case fans, it's best to base them on the motherboard temperature since it gives a good overall read on the case warmth. Also, consider adding a fan at the bottom or front of your case to blow fresh air into your GPU area, it really helps with cooling.
Ok I’ll keep that in mind. My case fans are controlled by my Corsair Commander, so I’ll see if I can set it to monitor motherboard temp.
It makes sense to configure your case fans to react to your GPU and have your radiator fans respond to your CPU. If your fans are connected to different PWM headers, it’s a good idea to set the bottom fans for the GPU and leave the rest on CPU control. It can really help manage temperatures effectively!
Ok thanks I’ll try that!

I want to try undercoating my CPU since that’s what gets super hot under load.
