Best Linux Distributions for Beginners on Low-End PCs

I'm looking for advice on which Linux distributions are best suited for older, low-spec PCs that are often referred to as 'potato' PCs. I'm a beginner with Linux and I've come across a few options: AntiX, MX Linux, Q4OS, Linux Lite, and Puppy Linux. Are there any other distributions you recommend? Also, for context, my hardware details include 2GB of RAM, an Intel Pentium 2.60 GHz processor, and a Nvidia GT 520 graphics card. Any tips on what might work best for me?

Mint XFCE is a solid choice! It's lightweight, fast, and pretty user-friendly for beginners. I prefer Fedora XFCE for my needs, but Mint definitely delivers when it comes to running smoothly on lower-spec machines.
