I'm looking to build my first PC and have a budget of around $1000. I've settled on using the Intel Arc B580 GPU since it seemed like a solid option for budget builds. For the CPU, I've read that the B580 doesn't pair well with older CPUs, so I'm considering the Ryzen 5 7600. For the motherboard, I'm thinking about the ASRock B650M Pro RS WiFi. I'd love to get some feedback on these choices and any suggestions for the remaining components. Thanks!

If I were building today, I'd spend a little over $1000, but without cutting corners. This setup would work great with the Intel B580 if you can grab one at MSRP. Check out my [PCPartPicker list](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/DJDHt3) for details, including an AMD Ryzen 5 9600X and some great peripherals. It totals about $1023.81.
Are you near a Microcenter? They have great bundle deals right now, like combining the 7600X with the motherboard and RAM for about $250. This can help you afford a better GPU, which is key for gaming performance. I really recommend focusing on getting the strongest GPU you can within your budget!
You might want to consider a build for around $1069 that includes the Ryzen 5 9600X and RX 9060 XT 16GB. If you need to save some cash, you could look for a cheaper case. Check out this [PCPartPicker list](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/bfhmh7) to see my full suggestion!
Just a heads-up, your build doesn't include the cost of the PSU, which is important to factor in.
Here’s what I would recommend for a $1000 build. It includes the Ryzen 5 9600X, a solid cooler, and the ASRock B650M Pro RS WiFi motherboard. You can view the complete breakdown on this [PCPartPicker list](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/DdQbQd), and it wraps up for around $979.82.

Unfortunately, there’s no Microcenter near me, so I can't take advantage of that deal.
