How to Fix Input Delay After Upgrading My CPU and Power Supply?

Hey everyone, I'm experiencing an input delay on my PC after recently upgrading to an i7-14700K CPU and a new power supply. Initially, everything seemed fine, but after closing some applications, my screen would briefly turn black. I decided to update the BIOS, which fixed the black screen issue, but now there's a slight input delay that really bothers me, especially during FPS games. My setup includes a B660 DS3H AC DDR4 motherboard and a CORSAIR CX750M power supply. Previously, I was using an i5-12400F. I'm hoping someone has some advice on how to straighten this out! Any help would be much appreciated.
