I've reset my Shaw internet connection a couple of times—both by unplugging it and pressing the reset button on the modem—but nothing's changed. My internet is running super slow, and I've checked for any reported outages in my area, but there are none. Normally, my download speeds are between 120 and 150 Mbps, but now I'm only getting around 0.96 Mbps. Is there anything else I can try?

You might want to reach out to Shaw's tech support. They can remotely connect to your modem and check for issues. If it turns out the problem is outside your home, they usually fix it for free. Just be aware they might need to send a tech out if they can't diagnose everything remotely.
How slow are we talking about? If you're saying it's 100 times slower than normal, that's pretty concerning. Are you using a wired connection or Wi-Fi?
It should be wired, but it feels like dial-up with these speeds!
Thanks! I don’t pay for the internet myself, so I'll get my mom to call and ask about this tomorrow.
