I'm currently running a Ryzen 5 5600 setup with 64GB of DDR4 RAM and an EVGA RTX 3060 Ti FTW3 8GB for gaming at 1080p. I've noticed that in some modern games I'm hitting VRAM limits. I'm considering upgrading to an RX 9060 XT 16GB since it's the only reasonably priced option I can find nearby. Do you think this would be a worthwhile upgrade?

Honestly, I wouldn't go for the 9060 XT myself. I have a 3060 Ti in my other rig and have been contemplating an upgrade too, but I'm not considering anything less than a 6800 XT for a solid improvement.
It really depends on your budget. The cheapest RX 9060 XT 16GB I found is around $360, but you could also just lower your game settings to high or medium textures with your current setup. The 9060 XT is a beefier card, so it could be worth it if you can swing the price.
