Hey everyone! I'm putting together my first PC build and I'm wondering if this setup is good enough for 1440p gaming. I want to go with the AM5 platform for future upgrades. My budget is under 700€ and I'm located in Estonia. Here's what I have so far:
- **CPU**: Ryzen 5 7500F Tray 145.9€
- **GPU**: RX 6750 XT Phantom Gaming 250€ (this is the only used part, might be able to negotiate)
- **MOBO**: GIGABYTE B650 EAGLE AX 149.9€
- **SSD**: Kingston NV3 1TB 59.9€
- **RAM**: Kingston 16GB 30CL 6000MHz DDR5 66.75€
- **PSU**: Seasonic B12 BC-550, 80 PLUS Bronze 550W 51.9€
- **CPU Cooler**: Jonsbo CR-1400 E 14.9€
- **Case**: Gembird Fornax 400X ATX ARGB 43.65€
I also have a few specific questions:
1. Should I stick with the 7500F or go for the 8400F which is cheaper?
2. What should I look for in a good motherboard, and is the one I selected any good?
3. Is the Kingston NV3 SSD reliable, or is there a better option?
4. Is my case (Gembird Fornax 400X) compatible with this build?
5. Should I consider a higher wattage PSU for future GPU upgrades?
6. Is the Jonsbo cooler good enough for my needs?

You might want to consider upgrading your PSU to at least 650W, especially with a GPU like the 6750 XT. Running it on a 550W is pushing it a bit. Also, the Thermalright Assassin X 120 cooler is a solid choice and really affordable! The Kingston SSD should work well for you too.
I’ve never bought CPUs in OEM trays, but it makes sense why you’d need an aftermarket cooler. The 7500F works just fine, and if you’re looking to save a bit, maybe find one with a cooler included at a good price. But definitely go for a 650W power supply!
So, would the Corsair CX650 650W at 59.9€ be a good match?
Sounds good! How about the Corsair CX650 650W? Is that a strong enough choice? The Thermalright cooler is just a bit more—worth the investment?
