I've run into a bit of trouble when trying to unzip large files. For instance, I have only 30GB of free space on my drive, but when I attempt to unzip a 14GB file, the extracted folder ends up being around 15GB or more. This leaves me with barely any free space, preventing me from downloading any larger files. Is there any way to delete parts of the zip file as they are being unzipped, or any software that can help with this space issue while unzipping?

You can also just drag and drop files out of the zip one by one and delete them from within it as you go. This helps save space during the extraction process!
You can unzip part of the files first, then use tools like Winzip to delete those files from the zip before unzipping the rest. That way, you can manage your space better!
Unfortunately, you can't delete and uncompress at the same time. But you can try using an online extractor like ezyzip.com. Just upload your zip file, delete the local copy to free up space, and download the extracted files. Another option is to use a USB flash drive to extract it there, which can save you some space on your main drive.
That's a clever workaround! Using a flash drive could definitely help keep things tidy.
