I'm upgrading my PC from AM4 to AM5 and need to decide if I should keep my current 600W PSU or upgrade to a higher wattage. I'm planning to use the following components: a Ryzen 5 9600X, a 4070 FE, 32GB of RAM at 6000MHz, a Gigabyte B650 Eagle motherboard, a NZXT 240 AIO cooler, and a 2TB NVMe SSD from Silicon Power. I'm also looking for any potential red flags with this new part list, so any input would be appreciated!

I'd recommend bumping up to a 700W or 750W PSU for extra headroom. A 600W is already kind of tight for running a 4070. Usually, the manufacturer suggests 650W as a safe minimum, especially for performance builds.

Do you know what specific PSU you have? As long as it's not a total dud, you might be okay. Also, why the AIO cooler? The 9600X can do just fine with a much cheaper air cooler if you’re not after aesthetics. Just be aware of overall cooling.

Entering your parts into PCPartPicker shows you have about 210 watts of headroom, which should be adequate. If you're worried, look into undervolting to reduce power draw. There's plenty of tutorials on YouTube that guide you through that.
