I've been struggling with my internet cutting out randomly for over two months now. It typically drops for about 10-20 seconds, but can sometimes last up to 4 minutes, which is really disruptive for things like streaming, online gaming, video calls, and working from home. This issue affects all of my devices at the same time, regardless of whether they're connected via Ethernet or Wi-Fi. I've been in touch with my ISP for over a month, trying various solutions, but nothing has worked so far, and they keep telling me they can't find any issues on their end. Here are the steps I've already taken: restarted the router, factory reset it, set up multiple Wi-Fi boosters, replaced the Ethernet cables, replaced the power supply, and even got a new router. I'm also using an Internet Connection Monitor Chrome plugin to track the disconnects and I've pinged 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8 via Command Prompt, which shows similar results.

Dealing with ISP issues can be such a headache! If all your devices are affected at the same time, it might indicate a problem with your network equipment or the signal coming into your house. Do you know if there are any other devices that could be causing interference? It might also be worth checking if there’s an issue with your DHCP settings, as that can cause random drops.
