I'm concerned about not being able to upgrade to Windows 11 because my computer doesn't meet the requirements, especially since I've heard that Windows 10 will stop receiving updates soon. How serious is this situation, and should I be thinking about upgrading my computer right away?

Honestly, it's not a big deal if you browse safely. Just keep your antivirus up to date, steer clear of suspicious links, and use a firewall. Just follow the same advice you've been using, and you should be fine for at least a few years while sticking with Windows 10!
You might still be able to install Windows 11 even if your PC lacks TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot. Check out some workarounds that are floating around, but just know that Microsoft may eventually close those loopholes. If you're not feeling comfortable with that, you could always consider switching to Linux!
If you’re still on Windows 10, you'll have updates until October 2026 if you have a Microsoft account, and you can use tools like Rufus to bypass Windows 11 requirements. Just keep in mind an upgrade will be necessary eventually to stay secure!
But if I bypass the requirements, could I harm my system because of lacking processing power? I only don't meet the TPM and CPU standards since I have an i7-6700k.
