I recently tried to add an electronic signature using Adobe Reader, and it was such a chaotic experience that I felt like I was in one of those Futurama episodes with endless pop-ups—definitely gave me anxiety. I'm sure other users are just as frustrated. What are some good alternatives for signing PDFs that won't give me a headache?

Not sure if it’s a corporate solution, but have you heard of SterlingPDF? You can even host it yourself—although that can bring its own challenges.
I’ve had a good experience with PandaDoc for signing PDFs. It works pretty smoothly!
Foxit Reader is a fantastic free alternative. It’s way better than Adobe and actually enjoyable to use. The paid versions are solid too, but I’d definitely recommend uninstalling Adobe—it's not the greatest software.
Thinking of getting licenses for Foxit. Is it really better for managing licenses than Adobe?
In my opinion, DocuSign is still the best when it comes to electronic signatures, especially if you need compliance like CFR part 11. Managing it is much easier than Adobe's offerings.
We used to use DocuSign and it worked well for us. Now we’re on FuseSign.
I ditched Acrobat for PDF-XChange Editor. It's got a clean interface, no annoying pop-ups, and it makes adding signatures really easy.

+1 for Foxit.
