Hey everyone! I recently started playing GTA Online on my desktop and have been facing a weird issue. I keep getting a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) with the error message PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON-PAGED_AREA, usually a few minutes into the game, or sometimes even while it's loading. I checked my RAM with a memory diagnostic tool, and it showed no problems. My PC has plenty of drive space across three SSDs, all with over 500GB available. I also updated my GPU drivers recently, so that's not the issue. Interestingly, I've had no BSOD errors with any other games or software. Just for context, my power supply died a couple of weeks ago, but after getting it replaced, everything passed the diagnostic checks. I'm not very technical when it comes to these error messages, so I really need help figuring this out!

To get a better grasp on what's causing this BSOD, we really need those dump files from your system. When you load Windows normally or in Safe Mode, check out the C:WindowsMinidump folder for any dump files. If you find some, zip them up and upload them. You can use file-sharing sites like catbox.moe or mediafire.com for that since Reddit has some restrictions. More dump files mean better chances of troubleshooting this issue accurately. Also, make sure to configure your system to create small memory dumps in the future to capture any events like this more effectively!
Hey there! It's great that your RAM test came back good, but sometimes even those tests can miss bad sticks. Like others mentioned, trying one stick at a time is a solid move. Also, considering that your PSU died recently, make sure everything else in your PC is firmly connected and functioning well - it might just be a fluke with some hardware that needs a closer check!
I see you shared your dump files. Thanks for that! Based on what I analyzed, it looks like the issue might be related to your RAM. I recommend trying to remove one stick of RAM at a time and see if the BSOD still occurs. This can help isolate the problem. If the game runs fine with one stick, you might need to replace the faulty one. Just to note, memory checkers can sometimes miss issues with RAM, especially with newer DDR4 kits. Good luck!
Got it! I'll make sure to check that folder and upload the files. Thanks for the tips!
