I have a Dell Inspiron 14 7520, and I'm trying to charge it using my phone's Supervooc 120-watt charger through a USB-C connection. However, it doesn't seem to be charging at all. Should I be concerned about my laptop's condition?

Yeah, Dell laptops can be a bit picky about their chargers. It's usually best to stick with the original charger that came with your laptop to avoid any compatibility issues. It's good to hear you ran diagnostics and found no errors, though!
It sounds like you might be dealing with an incorrect voltage issue. I had a similar problem when I tried using my 67-watt phone charger with a laptop that required a 45-watt charger. So, if your laptop requires a specific wattage, it might not recognize the phone charger properly. Just a heads up!
That makes sense! I checked, and my laptop charger outputs 5V 3A, 15V 3A, 9V 3A, and 20V 3.25A, but my phone charger is at 5V 2A or 5-11V up to 5A. Could that be why my laptop isn't even registering the phone charger?
Totally agree, I think sticking to the original charger is the way to go.
