I might have accidentally deleted my graphics drivers while trying to clean up my laptop. I used a program called Avast Cleanup to free up some space and boost performance. After that, I tried launching CS2, but it wouldn't launch because it said DX11 wasn't available. I verified the integrity of the game files and restarted my laptop, but I'm still seeing the same error. When I tried to access the Nvidia App to update my drivers, it wouldn't let me because it said I need to install drivers first. The Nvidia Control Panel is also missing now. Am I stuck, or can I fix this? Any advice would be really appreciated!

It sounds like that cleanup program might have been too aggressive. I recommend just downloading the Nvidia app again along with DX11 and reinstalling them. In the future, it might be better to stick with built-in Disk Cleanup tools to avoid this kind of mess.
I haven’t downloaded DX11 yet, but I can’t access the Nvidia App because it doesn’t detect my Nvidia GPU.
