I'd suggest going with air cooling. It's typically more reliable since you won't deal with pump failures or leaks, which can happen with AIOs. Plus, air coolers are sufficient for the Ryzen 7. I've personally air cooled my Intel Core i9-12900K without issues. Just be cautious about fitting a large AIO; those can be tricky in smaller cases.
For solid AIO options, you might want to check out the Thermalright Frozen Prism 240 or the ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III 240. They're relatively affordable and effective, but just remember that most AIOs last about five years before needing replacement, unless you're lucky. Compatibility with your case is key too.
