I'm using my company's bank account for multiple AWS accounts, but the bank statement is pretty vague. It just shows 'Amazon Web Services' and a reference of 'AWS EMEA'. Is there an easy way to trace back and figure out which specific AWS account the charge belongs to without logging into each account and checking the billing details?

Honestly, I wouldn't rely on the bank statement. It’s best to keep track of the invoices that your company processes. It just makes things easier!
You might want to consider centralizing your billing to avoid this confusion in the future. AWS Organizations can help you consolidate billing and manage multiple accounts easier!
Hey! Unfortunately, the charge description on your bank statement won't provide specific account details. You could check the billing emails for each account if they’re set to send those out. If they're not set up currently, you might want to create a dedicated email address just for receiving those invoices in the future! Here's a link to help you set it up: https://go.aws/41oezTs.
Haha, I’m a one-person crew here! So I guess I need to find a better system.
