I just got a new MSI Katana 15 laptop and updated Windows to the latest version. During the initial setup, I bypassed signing into my Microsoft account, thinking it wouldn't be a big deal. Now, I'm completely unable to sign in. Whenever I try to sign in on Edge, I enter my email address and hit sync data, but a small black window pops up and disappears in the blink of an eye. It's the same story when I try to sign in to Windows. I'm stuck! Any solutions would be greatly appreciated—I've barely been able to use my new laptop for 24 hours!

I get your frustration! Skipping the sign-in shouldn't have caused a problem, but some users suggest that using a local account first can help. You could try creating a local account and then seeing if you can switch to your Microsoft account from there.
It sounds frustrating! Have you tried resetting your Microsoft account settings? Sometimes that resolves login issues. You might also want to check if there's any interference from antivirus software that's preventing the sign-in process.
