I'm trying to find the best Linux distribution and web browser for my work setup. I have an Intel 4th gen PC with an SSD of 128GB and 8GB of RAM. My work often requires me to open over 100 browser tabs, which causes my PC to lag significantly. I'm on a tight budget and can't upgrade my hardware, so I'm on the lookout for suggestions that can help me manage these tabs without compromising performance. Also, I apologize for my English; it's not my native language. Thanks in advance!

To handle that many browser tabs, you really do need more RAM. Unfortunately, more RAM would be the best solution, but since you're budget-restricted, I'd recommend looking into lightweight Linux distros like Lubuntu or Xubuntu, which are great for older hardware. You might also want to try browsers like Brave or Vivaldi, as they have features to manage tabs efficiently and won't hog as much memory as Chrome or Firefox. Good luck!
I heard of a lesser-known browser that is supposed to be super fast and can handle large volumes of tabs well, but I can't remember the name right now. It's not Chrome, Firefox, or Edge, and it plays videos just fine too. Maybe someone else might know?
That's a lot of tabs! What kind of work are you doing that you need to have so many open at once? Just curious if there's a specific workflow you're following.
It's mainly marketing-related work, and I need to keep tabs on various platforms. Not illegal, but it can feel a bit unorthodox, you know?
Thanks for the tips! Do these distros come with good support and community resources to help if I run into issues?
