Hey everyone, I'm having a tough time with my mobile internet provider, BEN, since I arrived in Croatia from the Netherlands. I can't seem to get any data connection at all, although the WiFi works fine. My subscription says I'm covered here, so I'm not sure what's going on. I've tried a bunch of things: turning airplane mode on and off, fiddling with data roaming settings, and checking the APN settings to make sure they're correct. According to BEN's website, there shouldn't be any maintenance issues either. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to tackle this?

Have you tried calling BEN's customer service? They might be able to help you directly.
I would normally do that, but I need at least some kind of connection to make a call!
