Since I first joined LiquidWeb in 2014, I've watched their customer support go from excellent to frustratingly unhelpful. They no longer have a support phone number, and I keep getting passed around in chat. Just the other night around 3 a.m., my server crashed due to a LiteSpeed HTTPD error. It took almost five hours, multiple live chats, and even a couple of phone calls just to get everything back up and running. What's worse, I have no clue what caused the outage, so I can't prevent it from happening again. As someone who runs a boutique agency with about 65 WordPress sites on the cloud server, I find myself in a tough spot. I regret signing a one-year agreement and now want to switch hosting providers. I'm looking for recommendations for a service that's user-friendly for setting up domains and sites, with dependable support. If I decide to go with AWS, I'd at least like to know what I'm signing up for in terms of management. Any leads on better options would be greatly appreciated!

If you're in the market for a new host, I'd highly suggest checking out Digital Ocean. I switched to them after some bad experiences with AWS, and I haven't looked back since. They offer reliable services, good uptime, and solid support. Plus, if you're just looking for a small VPS, they have options that can save you some money. I’ve got a referral code if you want to try them out for free, but honestly, I’d recommend them regardless! Let me know if you have any other questions about them!
What are their pricing plans like? I'm currently paying around $750/month for hosting.
