Hey everyone! I'm in the process of redesigning our company's intranet (not exactly my dream job, but here we are!). I was hoping some of you could share screenshots or examples of your SharePoint intranet setups. Feel free to blur out any company-specific info. I've looked at the Microsoft Look Book, but I find it a bit vague. Any inspiration or real examples would be super helpful! Thanks a ton!

I get the struggle! My manager once asked why we need a wiki when we have SharePoint. I'm like, there’s only so much you can do with it unless you want to make it look pretty—which isn't always possible.
If you want to push the boundaries, consider using the Modern Script Editor web part to incorporate HTML or React! It's a great way to enhance your intranet beyond the basic templates.
I’m also creating our intranet from the ground up for a smaller company. I’m using the Look Book for guidance too. It won't be a masterpiece since I’m a sysadmin, not a designer, but I'm aiming for functionality first!
Here's a glimpse of our SharePoint intranet layout! You can check out the link for a screenshot: https://preview.redd.it/02fmhlcd1uif1.png?width=1200&format=png&auto=webp&s=8a89811746cc989ae93e11f932e884f6898f8638. It might give you some ideas for your redesign! Let me know what you think.
Hey, did you build ours as well?

Hahahahaa, that’s awesome!
