My SSD is recognized but not usable – any suggestions?

I installed a new SSD (Integral INSSD1TM280NM3PX) in my PC yesterday and it was working perfectly. I formatted it without any issues and even installed some games that ran fine. However, when I booted up my PC today, the SSD is showing up as normal, but I'm unable to open any files or launch games. I keep getting an error saying "A device which does not exist was specified." The drive appears healthy, and I've checked the connections, plus I've tried deleting files without success. I also looked into the drivers, but that didn't help either. Has anyone experienced this or have any ideas on how to fix it?

Try going into Device Manager and doing a "Scan for Hardware Changes." Sometimes the system needs a little nudge to recognize the drive properly.

I just tried that, and now the SSD has disappeared from the Device Manager. What should I do next?
