I accidentally spilled a tiny bit of water on my laptop's touchpad and one key on the keyboard. I quickly turned it off, wiped off the water, and turned it upside down. I can't wait the recommended 24 hours for it to dry because I need to use it for work in about 8 or 9 hours. Will that be enough time for a small spill to dry out?

It should be okay! Most laptops are built to handle minor spills. Just make sure it's turned off and upside down while it dries. You might not need to wait the full 24 hours, but keep an eye on it for any odd behavior after you power it back on.

Thanks! I'm really hoping it will be fine since I can't afford to be without it for too long.
