Hey everyone! I'm currently using an Acer Predator 24.5" TN monitor that I've had for over 7 years, and I think it's finally time to upgrade. I'm looking for a 27-inch IPS monitor with 1440p resolution and at least 240Hz refresh rate. I've been doing some research, but with so many brands and models out there, it's hard to know which ones are really worth it. I've been a bit wary about OLEDs due to concerns about burn-in, so I'd prefer to stick with IPS displays. Any suggestions would be really helpful!

If you're looking for recommendations, whatever RTINGS says is usually a solid bet! They do deep dives into monitor reviews and can guide you to the best choices.
You might want to consider OLED too! Current gen OLED monitors have minimal burn-in issues, plus they come with a 3-year burn-in warranty. That said, if you're worried about that, IPS displays are a great choice too—just be aware they each have their pros and cons.
I got the LG 27GR83Q-B last year and I love it. It has a great price-to-performance ratio, especially when I snagged it on sale for $300 instead of its usual $500. Check it out!
Yeah, OLEDs can have some concerns, but they really do shine in certain scenarios. For gaming, though, IPS panels often hold the edge in bright environments.
