Over time, the game wasn't updated (I think the last update was in 2018), and eventually, the owner let the domain expire. Recently, I managed to get the domain back, and I'm planning to revamp the game while retaining the same name. I'm curious if there are any legal issues I should be aware of, considering we're not reusing any of the old content—just the name and the genre.
