I have an ASUS VivoBook model TM420I, and I'm having trouble getting past the ASUS logo when I turn it on. It seems like the BIOS isn't loading, and I've tried to flash the BIOS using a USB drive, but that hasn't worked either. Does anyone have suggestions for getting this resolved? Thanks a lot!

It sounds like your laptop is having trouble booting up. First, check if it's working normally in other ways — does it get to the OS at all? If it just hangs on the logo, it might be worth trying to reset your BIOS settings. You could also try removing any external devices to see if that helps the boot process.

I tried booting without any peripherals, but it still got stuck at the logo.
