I'm having a really tough time with my Microsoft account and need some help. Here's the situation:
- My account has two emails and one mobile number linked to it, and I know my password.
- However, I can't access my primary email anymore because that company has gone out of business.
- Whenever I try to sign in, I'm asked to check the Microsoft Authenticator app for a verification code.
- I attempted to change my login email to my backup email, but it still requires the verification code from the Authenticator app.
- Unfortunately, I can't access the Authenticator app either since it insists on sending verification to my old email.
- I've contacted Microsoft support several times, but their instructions never help me bypass the verification issue with my dead email.
- It seems the solution could be as straightforward as sending the verification code to my other email or mobile number, yet Microsoft won't do that.
What can I do now? I'm running in circles with Microsoft, and it feels hopeless!

Honestly, it might be time to consider setting up a new account. I know it's frustrating, but sometimes starting fresh is your best bet.
You can’t be serious, right? What's the point of having a backup email and phone if they can't help you in situations like this?
