I'm trying to build a solid setup with the 9950X3D processor, but I can only find the G.Skill Trident Z5 128GB DDR5 6000MHz CL34 RAM here, which has timings of CL34-44-44-96. I plan to use this system for gaming and some creative work. Will having CL34 RAM significantly impact performance, or is it acceptable? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

I’d say focus on getting the maximum performance out of your current setup instead. I found that fine-tuning timing on faster sticks made more of a difference in daily tasks than just going for speed. So while CL30 is better, CL34 can still work well for your uses.
Getting this RAM to run at 6000MHz might be tricky since it's a 2x64GB kit. But if you manage it, the extra latency of CL34 shouldn't be a huge deal, especially with the 9950X3D’s V-cache helping to offset any potential performance hits.
Honestly, you probably won't notice much difference with CL34 RAM. The added cache in the 9950X3D really helps mitigate the effects of higher latency, so it shouldn’t hold you back too much.
While speed does matter, the extra cache on the X3D helps a lot. Moving from CL30 to CL34 isn’t a big deal. If you're stuck with CL34, it's fine for gaming and creative tasks too.
