Help! My PC Keeps Crashing Randomly

I've been facing a frustrating problem with my PC for about 6 to 12 months now. It crashes unexpectedly, and when it does, it either restarts by itself or I have to reboot it, which usually sends me straight into the BIOS. After several attempts to restart it and a little time passed, it occasionally boots up normally again. The crashes seem to happen mainly while playing games, but it's weird because the games I play aren't too demanding and I'm not running them on max settings. Since it doesn't crash every time, it's tough to figure out what's causing it. Here are my specs if it helps:

- CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
- Motherboard: MSI MPG B650I EDGE Wi-Fi AMD Socket AM5
- GPU: Sapphire Radeon RX 7900 XT Pulse 20GB GDDR6
- RAM: G.Skill Flare X5 Series 32GB DDR5 6000
- PSU: CORSAIR SF750 SFX 80 PLUS PLATINUM
- SSD: Kingston KC3000 (2TB, 295GB free)
- Cooling: EK Water Blocks EK-AIO 280 Elite D-RGB AIO CPU Cooler
- Case: SSUPD Meshroom S Mini-ITX
- OS: Windows 11 Pro
- Overclocked: No

I would really appreciate any help!

It sounds like you're dealing with some frustrating crash issues! A good first step is to check your system's dump files. These can provide clues about what went wrong during crashes. You can usually find these in the Windows Crash Log Viewer. It might help you identify whether it’s a hardware issue or something else. Also, keeping a regular backup of your data is a smart move before making any significant changes to your BIOS or disk setup.

Don't forget about checking your temperatures! Sometimes, overheating can cause unexpected crashes, especially during gaming. Make sure your cooling system is functioning well and that there’s no dust buildup, which can impede airflow. Monitoring tools like HWMonitor can give you a good overview of your CPU and GPU temps.
