What’s a Fair Selling Price for My Old PC Parts in the UK?

I'm trying to figure out how much I should list my old PC components for. I have an Intel i7 6700, an Asus Z170-K motherboard, and 16GB of HyperX DDR4 RAM (2x8GB) running at 2100MHz. Everything is boxed up and in great condition, but I'm not sure what the market value is. What would be a reasonable price to ask for these items?

Realistically, you're probably looking at a maximum of £70-100 for everything. But it might be pushing it—£50 sounds more like what you’ll actually see.

You might want to consider pricing it around £50. Honestly, that hardware is getting pretty old, so you might not get much more than that. Some might even argue for less; just a heads up!

I've seen similar setups go for about £100, so maybe start high and drop the price if needed.

If you break it down, the CPU is around £25, the RAM about £15, and the motherboard could fetch £35. Individually, you’d likely top out at around £70-75. If you're selling it as a bundle, aim for £50-60 for all.

In my experience, you're going to have a tough time getting much for those parts. Maybe aim for £50 for the bundle if you're lucky. There isn’t a strong upgrade path with that chipset, so it won’t sell well.
