I'm having trouble getting my PC to post after installing a new graphics card. Here are my specs: Ryzen 5 2400G CPU, Gigabyte A320m-S2h motherboard, HyperX Fury 16GB RAM (8x2, 2400MHz), and a Seasonic S12III 620W power supply. I recently bought an XFX RX 580 (8GB) off the marketplace, but after installing it, the PC won't post at all. It powers on, but the peripherals don't turn on like they used to, and the PC doesn't force shutdown when I hold the power button. I've tried removing and reinstalling the CMOS battery, and I've tested one RAM stick in different slots. Is my PC fried? What could be causing this issue?

Make sure you've plugged everything in correctly, especially the CPU fan header. If that’s not connected, your motherboard won’t boot because it thinks the CPU might overheat. Also, can your PC post without the GPU? And is your PSU really enough to handle the whole setup?
Yeah, my PSU is 620 watts and 80+ bronze, so it should be fine.
