I'm using Arch Linux and really need to get Minecraft Bedrock Edition. Before you all suggest 'just play Java!', I've already got Java and want to join my little brother's realm since he plays on PS4. I don't want to let him down! I've tried MCPELAUNCHER, but it doesn't let me log in with my Xbox account and it's a bit of a hassle.

I had the same problem! Here are a couple of options: First, you could buy a used PS4 controller to play with your brother. But, split screen might not work for you if that's what you're thinking.

Yeah, split screen isn't really an option for us.

So, the unofficial Bedrock port for Linux is based on the Android version, which actually requires a Google account and a copy from the Play Store. Unfortunately, that means you can’t just log in with your Xbox account to play it on Linux.
