I recently upgraded from a regular 5070 to a 5070 Ti because I wanted better performance. With my old GPU, my PC was super quiet during gaming, but now the fans on the 5070 Ti are really loud. I've set the fan curves to stay quiet, yet the GPU runs at 40% fan speed even when it's under heavy load. I'm curious if the noise might actually be coming from my PSU, which is a CX750M. It seems like 750W should be sufficient, so I'm confused about why this is happening. Any thoughts?

First thing you should do is get close to your PC and listen carefully to pinpoint where the noise is coming from. It could help you narrow down whether it’s the GPU or something else like the PSU.
If you're having trouble tracking down the noise, it might be because you have multiple case fans. Since you’re using nine Corsair fans without a Commander to monitor RPMs, it’s possible that they’re all adjusting based on CPU temps. Just keep an eye on everything and try to monitor your CPU temps more closely.
There’s a chance the noise could be from your CPU rather than the GPU. Since you’re getting higher frame rates with the new 5070 Ti, your CPU might be working harder and generating more heat, which could cause the fans to ramp up. Try checking your CPU temperatures.
