Hey everyone! I'm currently using a Ryzen 5 5600 paired with an RX 6600 8GB, and I'm looking to make an upgrade to a Ryzen 7 5700X3D. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find it in Romanian stores without encountering inflated prices (like 2800 lei on CEL.ro or 1800 lei on Vexio). Even on OLX, the prices for used ones range from 1300 to 1500 lei, which seems steep. Does anyone know of any good international sellers with reasonable prices? I'd like to get this processor first because I've heard it makes a big difference in games like Rust, which rely heavily on the CPU. Also, I'm planning to upgrade to an RX 7700XT or RTX 3070 later on but want the CPU sorted first. Looking forward to your suggestions!

Finding the 5700X3D at a good price is definitely a challenge right now. The demand is high and production has decreased, so you're seeing those prices shoot up everywhere. In the Netherlands, the price jumped from 220 EUR to around 375 EUR recently. Honestly, the performance bump you'll get from the 5700X3D compared to your current CPU won’t be massive, especially for games like Rust. You might want to hold off and save up until the AM5 CPUs drop in price, like the 7800X3D, which is even cheaper than the 5700X3D here!
That's a good point, but upgrading to AM5 means I'll need a new motherboard and RAM, which is a pretty big expense right now...
