Why is a Deleted App Still Using Data?

I recently noticed an app called 11504 that's showing up in my data usage stats, and it seems to use around 2.5 MB each month. The weird thing is, I can't find it in my list of installed apps at all. After asking about it online, I was informed that it's actually a deleted app. This doesn't make sense to me, though—if it's deleted, how can it still be using data every day? I've started tracking its data use, and it definitely consumes some daily. Can anyone explain why this is happening? Is it truly just a deleted app, or could it be something else?

It sounds like that app is part of the Android system suite. The number you see, 11504, is just an ID used by the system—actual app details are hidden. Even if you think you deleted it, some system components can’t be completely removed.

That makes sense, but why can’t I see it in the list of my apps? I have other system apps that I can’t delete, but this one seems to be completely invisible.
