I was using my work laptop, which has Google/Gmail open, and it's linked to my iPhone. I used my personal iPhone with its mobile WiFi to perform some Google searches. I know those searches are saved in my Google search history, but I'm wondering—do those searches also get stored in the search history on my work laptop? Or do they only appear in my Google account history unless I access them from my laptop?

If your iPhone is running Google searches and you’re using the Edge browser on your laptop, those searches will not show up in the laptop's local history unless you specifically access them. They will be visible in your Google account's search history on the laptop, but not in the Edge browser history itself.
If you’re using Google Chrome on both your iPhone and laptop, and they’re signed into the same Google account, then yes, your search history should sync across both devices. However, since you mentioned your work laptop is a Dell and you used Microsoft Edge, that might be a different story unless Edge is also logged into your Google account. Can you clarify your setup a bit?
