I'm currently using a Vega 56 with a 9600K CPU and 32 GB of RAM. It has served me well for gaming at 1080p, but I want to step up to 1440p or even 4K since I have a dual-resolution monitor. My Vega just isn't cutting it anymore. I'm considering upgrading to either a 4070 Super or a 9060 XT. I don't want to build a new PC right now, and I'm looking to spend around $350-450 for a new or used GPU. I know my CPU will bottleneck either of these GPUs, but I'm wondering if the upgrade would still be substantial enough to be worth it or if I should just wait until I can upgrade my entire setup.

Upgrading to a 9060 or 5060 with 16GB VRAM should work well with your 9600K. You'll definitely see some bottlenecks, but overall, it should enhance your gaming experience even at higher resolutions.
