I've heard that there are enterprise options available, but I'm looking for advice on whether it's worth it to go through a reseller to get a better deal since I'm working with a limited budget. Most resellers typically offer prices set by Microsoft, so the savings might not be that significant. However, with a volume of 300 licenses, you might qualify for the small business premium plan, which is similar to E3 but at a lower cost.

From my experience, an indirect reseller usually has profit margins between 5-20%, depending on their CSP. Direct CSPs tend to offer better margins than that.
