How to Use a Universal Remote for a Nameless Walking Pad?

Hey everyone! I picked up a walking pad from my local buy-nothing group, and while it works well, I'm in a bit of a bind because it didn't come with a remote. I've tried some universal remote apps, but I can't find any make or model details for this walking pad—there's just one tag that says "Treadmill Model C1" along with voltage and power specs. I even reached out to the previous owner, but no luck on tracking down where they bought it. I did purchase a universal remote, but I haven't had any luck getting it to work. Can anyone share some tips or advice? Thanks in advance!

Have you tried checking if it’s the Walkingpad C1? I found it online, and you might want to reach out directly to the manufacturer for a replacement remote or look for one secondhand. The official app they use is called the "KS Fit app"—that might help you control it via your phone.

I checked that out, but it looks like my walking pad is totally unbranded. I even did an image search but couldn't find anything. It's so frustrating!
