Looking for Advice on a New PC Build

Hey everyone, I'm relatively new to the PC world and could really use your guidance on a potential new build. Here's what I currently have: an Intel Core i5 12400F processor with 32GB DDR4 RAM, a 1TB NVME SSD, and a GeForce RTX 4060.

I'm considering upgrading to this new setup: Ryzen 7 9700x CPU, Gigabyte Aorus Master RX6800XT GPU, a Gigabyte B650 Gaming X Ax V2 motherboard, a ThermalRight Frozen Notte v2 360mm RGB cooler, Team Group T-Force Delta 32GB DDR5-6000MHz CL-30 RGB RAM, a 2TB SK Hynix Platinum NVME for storage, a Corsair RM1000e ATX 3.1 power supply, a Montech XR Black RGB case with three PWM RGB fans, and I'm planning to stick with Windows 11 x64bit and using Kryonaut thermal paste.

I would appreciate any input you all can provide on whether this setup is a good choice or if there are better options out there. Thanks in advance!

Are you based in the US? Also, what’s your budget looking like? That'll make a difference in recommendations!

Yes, I'm in the US! Ideally looking to spend around $1k to $1.5k. I don't want to go too crazy since I plan on selling my current setup to help fund this new one.
